| Electricity: | Allowance of 8kWh per day per property. Meters are read on arrival and departure. Pay on departure. |
| Water: | Allowance of 500 litres, per week. Please note that the septic tank system requires that only appropriate toilet paper can be used in the toilets. This is common in the Region, so most shops and all supermarkets will sell suitable paper. It must be marked as suitable for use with “fosses septiques”. |
| Gas (Manoir Only): | Supplied for the gas hob in Manoir. No charge. |
| Heating Oil (Manoir Only): | An oil-fired boiler supplies all water, radiator and underfloor heating systems in the Manoir. A flat fee is charged per week depending on season. Season: Peak €100 High €150 Mid €200 Low €250. |
| Provisions: | Accommodation is self catering. All consumables and provisions must be bought by the guest. A limited supply of some essential items are provided on arrival for convenience only. |
| Swimming Pool: | The swimming pool is open in Mid, High and Peak Season periods only. We can arrange for the swimming pool to be opened early, or can extend end of season closure, by prior arrangement. Additional charge. |
